In some moment of ferocious passion for physical fitness I decided to purchase these workout dvds called INSANITY. ( I don't know. Sometimes I do crazy things.)
They have forever changed my life.

It's literally the most painful thing I have ever done. Ever. (And it's by choice!)
And yet...
I love it. So much. Like this little guy, I too can feel my muscles growing.
Ohh...they're really growing now!
The fact that I enjoy this work out is insanity.
